2022 Fall Bucket List

Autumn is a great time to visit the Norfolk area. Our favorite seasonal attractions finally open, the local coffee shops bring back fall flavors, and the leaves start to change along the trails. Here are 15 fun ideas to help build your bucket list!

  1. Spend the day at Poppy’s Pumpkin Patch! Check out the new sports barn, get lost in the corn maze, pet all the animals, and pick your favorite pumpkin. Make sure to grab a treat from the café!

  5. Explore Willow Creek State Recreation Area outside of Pierce! Enjoy a picnic on the beach, camping and boating on the lake! Bring your bike to ride the 8-mile trail.
  6. Craving something sweet? Stop by 4th Street Sweets for fudge, bark, retro candy, and more.
  7. Bring out your inner lumber jack by throwing axes at The Boat House.
  8. Hike the Cowboy Trail. Take in all the beautiful fall views along the trail starting at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park!
