Chair Yoga is ideal if you’re seeking balance support\, joint-friendly movement\, recovery after injury\, or simply a kind\, welcoming space to breathe and connect. \nEach class includes guided breathwork\, seated and supported standing poses\, and a peaceful closing rest — so you leave feeling relaxed\, supported\, and renewed.
