DESCRIPTION:A 24-hour adaptive fitness event built to bring the Norfolk community together for something bigger than a workout. \nThis is a continuous event running from May 15 at 4 PM to May 16 at 4 PM at Johnson Park. \n👉 You are NOT working out for 24 hours.\nParticipants sign up for a 30–60 minute workout in the park and help us keep the event moving for a full 24 hours straight. \nThroughout the day\, participants rotate through four stations: \n• Engine (bike/row)\n• Functional Strength\n• Adaptive Experience\n• Caregiver / Partner Challenges \nNo experience needed — everything is scalable so anyone can participate. \nYou can:\n• Join as an individual\n• Enter as a team\n• Represent your business or organization\n• Support or sponsor an athlete \nThis event helps fund access to real strength training\, coaching\, and opportunities for individuals with disabilities in our community. \n📍 Johnson Park – Norfolk\, NE\n📅 May 15–16\n🕓 4 PM to 4 PM (24 hours) \n👉 Sign up or learn more:\nhttps://forms.gle/gHY913aTpnPp85WK7
