The Nebraska Game Parks Commission to offer an organized Ice Fishing Clinic!

Event Description

Saturday, January 13th.

Registration deadline is Friday, January 12th.

Classroom time is from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Northeast Community College. If you are interested in participating in the classroom session please register at calendar.outdoornebraska.gov/event/discover-ice-fishing-Norfolk/

Following will be the outdoor time at Sky View Lake from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

This event is free to attend!

Children and adults of any age can get instructions and learn the basics of ice fishing.

Limited loaner fishing tackle equipment available with bait.

Anglers 16 and older must have a 2024 Fishing Permit.

Supervision and instruction will be provided by the Game and Parks staff.
