
Now Welcoming New or Returning Students for Chair Yoga at The Diabetes & Wellness Center.
Class meets on Monday, 10am-11am and/or Thursday, 2pm-3pm. Come once or twice a week.
Enjoy a gentle, accessible practice designed to help you move with ease, build strength and flexibility, and calm the mind — all without getting on the floor. Chair Yoga is ideal if you’re seeking balance support, joint-friendly movement, recovery after injury, or simply a kind, welcoming space to breathe and connect.
Each class includes guided breathwork, seated and supported standing poses, and a peaceful closing rest — so you leave feeling relaxed, supported, and renewed.
