Each workshop includes gentle education on EFT, guided tapping related to the theme, nervous system education, restorative postures, and deep relaxation for mind and body.
This Tap Into Calm workshop is an invitation to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness from within.
Through a gentle blend of EFT tapping and restorative yoga, we’ll support the nervous system in releasing overwhelm and rebuilding a feeling of safety and balance. Rather than forcing calm, this workshop focuses on creating the conditions for steadiness — so your body can naturally return to ease.
Together, we’ll explore how to feel more supported, centered, and resilient — even when life feels busy or uncertain.
